Ingersoll London Line Discontinuation

The following message was issued by Mul-T-Lock in November 2023

Dear valued customer,

We hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to inform you about an important change regarding one of our product offerings, Ingersoll London Line. After careful consideration and in-depth analysis, we have concluded that we must discontinue the production and support of the Ingersoll London Line with immediate effect.

This decision has been driven by two significant factors: component availability and dwindling demand in recent years.

Over the years, we have strived to maintain the highest quality standards for all our products, including the Ingersoll London Line range. However, the availability and MOQs associated with certain components have become increasingly challenging, resulting in delays and constraints in the production process. Moreover, the demand for this product line has gradually decreased over time, making it financially unsustainable for us to continue offering it. As a result, we will no longer be able to fulfil any existing back orders, nor accept forward orders for products included within this range.

We understand that many of our customers have relied on the Ingersoll London Line for its exceptional security features and reliability, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this decision may cause. Rest assured, we remain committed to providing you with the very best products and services possible and will be actively seeking alternative products to satisfy your security requirements.
